2nd round: Groups 5 & 6 classes

Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to my blog!馃檶馃憖

Classes continued and it was the turn for group 5 and 6 to teach. So, let’s see what our classmates taught that day to their students馃摎.

The group number 5 started with an interesting warm up that was Human Knot馃檶馃徎, the teachers participated with the students in order to create a good environment between teachers and students馃. The class was about telling the time, they explained the difference between a watch and a clock⏰. The teachers did a little practice by asking students how to read an analog and digital clock⌚️. They put some papers under the students’ desks and these papers contained questions based on the activity they presented. Students made pairs, one was going to read the numbers (hours/minutes) they got in a paper and the other one was going to have an analog clock where the student needed to set the time馃暟️ they got in the paper. Boys’馃檵馃徎‍♂️ vs girls’馃檵馃徎‍♀️ activity, and it was about writing the time they heard 馃憘 in letters. And as a wrap up they did a Bingo activity.

It was the turn for group 6, and they gave a brief intro in Spanish about “there is” and “there are” to the students, and they ask questions❓ about things that were in the classroom馃摎. It was time for the topic, and they explained how to use “there is” and “there are” in the present, past and future tense. Then they moved into the activity which consisted in writing examples✍️ on the board and then the students had to classify the sentences in singular, plural or in any grammatical tense that were taught to them. And as a wrap up, teachers asked different questions to the students about what they learned in the class馃お.

This is the entry for this week, and I hope you like it. Stay tuned for more classes, be safe, and bye, bye!馃構✌
