Activities in the classroom
Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to my blog! 🙌👀 This week we had face-to-face classes and had a brief review on the topics covered last week. Teacher Orlando provided us with examples of activities for measuring time⏲ and grouping students👫 in the classroom. The class was focused on enhancing classroom dynamics to keep students engaged and prevent them from falling asleep. We know that sometimes theory classes can be boring😴 so as teachers we have to be very dynamic and do physical activities so that they are not all the time sitting. Well, we can use different objects to make sounds for classroom dynamics, for example recycled materials like putting rocks in a can🥫 and with that being able to make sounds. One activity that we can do to group students is that bringing color blocks “Legos” and give one to each student at the beginning of the class so that when it is time to do a group activity, those with the same color Lego will have to work together.
