PPP - Presentation, Practice & Production

Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to my blog! 🙌👀 This week’s topic was PPP – lesson planning framework. We learned that an English class is composed by three important parts that are Presentation, Practice and Production😊. Thanks to this we can understand how a class can be structured to help all students achieve the objectives set by the teacher from the start👌. This approach consists of the following stages: Presentation: In here, basically is where the teacher take place, give an introduction and explain the new topic that students will be learning. Practice:  Is where students practice what they have learn in the class from their teacher. Here the teacher must do at least two activities: The free practice is where students can experiment through the language and making mistakes is ok. Flexibility in Lesson Planning

  Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to my blog! 🙌👀 In our class session teacher Orlando asked us if we could help some students from our major who are working on their thesis📔. We helped them with a small survey📝 about sight translation, also with a quick test of the same type of interpretation/translation🗣. Then, we had a visit from a very well experimented person in translation and interpretation… Regina that is currently studying our major too haha😅. She gave us professional tips on how much to charge, what to charge if we are going to do an interpretation or translation. Also, she mentioned that they are working on creating an association of translators & interpreters here in El Salvador, which impressed me a lot since that is something that many of us want for this major🙌. We are almost finishing our bachelor's degree, and I think it was really helpful because many of us want to work in an agency or as freelancers, so now we have a better perspective of what a trans...
